The ambience and service was excellent. Custemer service with manager Manohar was unpredictible. ,The breakfast and room service was nice and we enjoyed a lot and the total experience was remembrable

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible. The room was cozy and clean with good quality bedding and a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. There was also a decent selection of food available, which was a great touch.
There were some negatives we experienced during our stay. The management could have been better, as we had to change rooms multiple times due to issues with the AC and smoking smell.

It would be better if the hotel management appointed a permanent receptionist instead of rotating duties.
